Moby Wrap
One gift that every newborn needs is for his mom and dad to wear them in a baby carrier. Baby carriers come in many different styles, but by far the most popular for newborn babies is the baby wrap. There are several different types of baby wraps to choose from, but the best wrap for the first 6 months of baby's life is a soft stretchy wrap like the Moby Wrap. Moby wraps are inexpensive and come in more than 15 colors, so you won't have a problem finding the perfect wrap for both mommy and baby.

Boppy Pillow
Every parent needs a Boppy! While it was originally designed to make nursing a baby more comfortable, we found that it has multiple uses. Mommy (or Daddy) just slides the Boppy around the waist, and the pillow helps in supporting the weight of the baby. Holding the baby becomes easier, especially for extended periods of time. The Boppy can also be used to aid in "tummy time", which all babies need in order to build strong neck muscles. We used it often just to support our daughter in a semi sitting position. Of course, it's terrific as a nursing pillow. It helps life baby to the perfect height and make positioning so much easier. This is a must have product for any new parent.

Johnny Jump Up
Our little girl loved this one when she was younger. Unfortunately we did not have the one that hangs from the doorway because we did not have a place to hang it. The hanging ones are much better than the free standing ones!
Around 4 or 5 months your baby will start to notice the world around them. While, their leg muscles start developing, suddenly lying around on a mat or sitting in a bouncy seat just will not cut it. The Johnny Jump Up is great. Your baby will love bouncing and exercising at the same time. You can just put your baby down into the padded seat and make sure only his toes can touch the floor. Our little girl immediately sense the spring action and she start pushing right away.

Miracle Blanket
This will help out a lot when your baby is still in his/her first 3 months. All newborn babys like to be swaddled in a tight blanket. The Miracle Blanket makes it easy to get a good swaddle on your newborn every time, even at night in the dark. It really does help your baby become more comfortable and sleep better.
The fabric is a really soft cotton knit. It has enough stretch to let your baby move inside the blanket without coming undone. It is also machine washable and comes in many different colors.
